Welcome to our new blog. I am just trying it out and feeling my way along. This picture was taken in Italy in the fall of 2008 when we went to the slow food conference in Turin. After the conference we grabbed the train and went to Milan to see the sights with the highlight being the painting of the last supper by Leonardo Da vinci. We then went to Pisa (with the rest of the tourists) to see the leaning tower. Then we took the train to Rome to pick up a Trafager bus tour of northern Italy. Saw many things on the tour but Venice was probably the neatest. Too bad it's so far away as we probably won't be back for a while.
